I'm young at heart still exercising plenty still playing rugby giving triathlons a go now happy go lucky bodys a bit out of whack but still pretty trim ha ha ha Great Sense of humour and not a one minute wonder ha ha ha True!!
Honesty can go a long long way in forming a good strong relationship Giving can also do the same like giving and taking but giving on your part Backing down from an argument from a minor discretion the minutest discretion is like giving Not giving in just giving and that really does help too What am I looking for? Whenever I feel a discretion is about to unfold I hark back to the good times and make that good time over rule the discretion and mellow out I would like heaps and heaps of good memories no sad or down moments no lying or pretending but a lot of happy time memories
