overassertive and overbearing
I am overassertive and overbearing. This has developed from my drive to climb up the company ladder. Some look at it as a flaw; I see it as a positive trait. I like being bossy and to make people feel awkward as I speak to them. I am skeptical of what to expect here.
Again, I am skeptical of what to expect here so it is hard to say. I am going to play it by ear for now.
