I am in pretty good shape, although my body does appear to have another opinion and seems to take great pleasure in reminding me after exercise (I’m learning to ignore my limbs now though what do they know).I like experimenting in the kitchen (with food I mean, but I am open minded) and I am quite a sporty person (probably not a good idea to mix the two though that could make for a messy omelette). I have recently purchased a kayak that I am so useless on it makes me laugh and I really must invest in a life jacket but I wont let it break me, I will be the king of paddlers (more likely in a rock pool with my trousers rolled up though). I hope you like what you've read, and I look forward to getting to know you.
