I love to live an active life and explore. I am very passionate about helping others and I am currently in the process of putting together a fundraiser to raise money for Cystic Fibrosis by climbing Mt. Rainier. The climb is also being dedicated to one of my patients that I have become very close to who loves adventure and mountains although unfortunately his lung function prevents him from chasing his dreams due to the high altitude. i am also a health coach and pt who works with goal-focused clients.i integrates nutrition and lifestyle with my clients

Old fashioned to a certain degree. I laugh every chance I get. I have a love for the outdoors and anything that involves me being on the water. Coffee. Campfires. A challenge. I love movies. Inspirational people.
