Looking for some fun
I do have a sense of humor. It’s a mix of Tim ‘The tool Man’ Taylor and Al Bundy, with a little Archie Bunker Thrown in. (I realize you may not know who Archie Bunker was). Hey I’m a guy. Sometimes my humor can be a bit biting and sarcastic. I enjoy irony and sarcasm. I’m not into the bar scene, but enjoy a night on the town. For me an occasional drink is an occasional Martini. If I have two, I’m done. But Mike’s Hard Cranberry is no problem. People tell me I’m very bright. I am. Some tell me I’m a little arrogant because of it. I don’t mean to come across that way, but I sometimes do.I count the number of true friends I have on one hand. Real friendship takes time and is rare. Acquaintances are a dime a dozen. For the most part I focus on work. I spent most of my work life in the corporate world, beginning as an immature entry level programmer and after a few moves and a lot of maturation ended up as CTO for a company that designs systems for Stadiums and Arenas. Two years ago I decided to start my own LLC. The company I worked for was bought by a much larger company with a much different vision than I had. After 6 months, we agreed to part ways. I like being able to work from home, with occasional travel. I’m pretty focused on making the business a success, so work is a priority. I'm glad I learned early in my work life not to burn bridges. So far, it’s worked out pretty well. The mortgage gets paid.
