I'm different from most of your average guys. I can't live without music, I'm a romantic most of the time and usually wait till the lady is comfortable or makes the first move... especially if she's outgoing...
A lady who says what she needs during, instead of only expecting. One who is enthusiastic, giving as much as I give her instead of just laying there like a pretty sack of potatoes. Dinner and such before hand is a great idea to get to know one another, but if you jump me the moment we meet, by all means!
