She should be openminded and curious about life: not caught in a selfsatisfied complacency. She should be slim (I am sorry, but I find fat a real turnoff). I speak a little Hindi and Mandarin and have lived for many years in various Asian countries, so if she is Asian, or interested in Asian cultures, then that is a bonus.
