Mixed CPL looking for LTR with Ms. Right

We have a brand new 3900 square foot home on an acre in Pahrump, NVOur previous wife did not move with us for a couple of reasons, she did not want to be so far away from her family in LA and she wanted a child which wasn’t possible since I had a vasectomy.
