If you are amarican and are willing to visit me here in Norway I can give you tourist visa for visiting me for max 3 months. Your ticket with flying over from US to EU is usually on about from $350 to $600 then the ticket from London or Paris is $100 to $200 to Rygge/MOSS or Gardermoen/Oslo. You must in other words love travel. Othervise you should be curious and be open and willing to go for simple practical solutions at times when it may not seem appropiate but nessesary!
