Hot Blooded Englishman
I'm a happy, laidback person who gets a lot of fun out of life. I'm half English, half French, so I'm cool and confident on the outside, but there's a warm heart on the inside! I live in London, the town where I was born and bred, and in Bath. I'm very sociable and outgoing and I really love city life (restaurants, bars, theatre, you name it...even ballet for Mum's birthday last week!). I am fortunate to have a good circle of friends to do these things with. But I also enjoy cosy winter evenings curled up at home. I'm also quite independent, and into traveling, cycling, diving and generally being out and about. I work in banking in the City. I love my work, but it doesn't define who I am. People sometimes say I avoid talking about it, which isn't true. It's just so boooring to meet someone, say at a party, and the first question you get asked is 'so, what do you do?'. I was in Australia recently and was so impressed with their attitude. It's more a case of 'so, what do you do with your life?'. Finally, be warned I tell lousy jokes!
I'm looking for someone with a great personality, who lights up the room when she walks in. A woman who can stand on her own two feet, yet dreams of falling in love. Someone who doesn't pretend and can be open about her feelings just being herself, making it easier to get to know her. I like outgoing and fun people, but who are serious when it matters. I like doers: 'those with interests are interesting'. I'm also very attracted to a woman who has a strong sense of style.
