Hello, I'm in the progress of updating my profile, until then I'm 5"10" 220lbs,10% body fat, shaved head, A little bit about me: I train/work out 4 5 times a week. I own a personal training company inside of two local health clubs in Florida. I work hard and play hard. I'm an extremely simple person "IT IS WHAT IT IS". I love to laugh, even if it's at my own expense. I'm outgoing but very laid back. I'm not bothered by bullshit, I simply won't deal with it. I'm an upbeat person who is honest, brutally honest at times but I'd rather express how I feel than play games and lie to someone.
